try the bazaar shop in the old harbour next door to the liman hotel renovations. They normally have them.

Magic Touch, the copy center in Kyrenia stocks only one style of T shirts and prints whatever required in short while for 25TL including ,T shirt. We as Kyrenia Tango Club had some done last week for the funfair of weemen day.

Shop down Girne high street sells TRNC t shirts and also t shirts with Turkish Cypriot words(rather than Turkish).Its on the right hand side if u walk from Belediye, down near the bottom but i cant remember exactly where
