| Guys , you think would it be safe for me to take TRNC plated car to the south??
read and heard some nasty stories being attacked on the car along with the passengers bearing TRNC number
any suggestions? |

| Yes its safe we have been often and had no problems but we ride a 95 renault flash so thhose in the south say poor old soles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

| Have heard "stories" of cars parked in off road areas being vandalised and a car last year was attacked driving through an inner city type area.
Otherwise there are probably a few hundred every day travelling across. |

A TC friend did her car windows smashed but she had parked it in a residential street and probably in a space that somebody regarded as their own..
That sort of vandalism can happen in the UK too... |

Make sure your car is not displaying pro TRNC stickers, flags etc... that would be inflammatory.. also likely to cause a fuss at the border... |

| We have taken out car to the south many many times without fuss or problems but we have heard of occasional problems in the Ayia Napa area in the evenings usually with young TC'c parking their cars to go to the disco's etc, but guess what it happens in the UK at night all the time! |
