We used the guys from the window manufacturer next to Lemar [Karaolanoglu] - don't know if they are still there [next to the American car wash]. Our problem was that the window company that installed our double-glazed windows didn't put enough wheel-tracks to support the patio doors. The tracks wore and collapsed after very little use, making the patio doors nearly impossible to slide and wearing out the aluminium track they slide on. Another usual TRNC 'dump it and run' jobbie! The 'fix' was to put several wheel-tracks under the sliding doors, to spread the load. We had this done and subsequently haven't had further problems. That's not to say we don't expect to get them - we do! This is because the tracking should be made of stainless steel - not soft aluminium, and the wheel-tracks are rubbish, compared to what we had on our sliding doors in the South.
