Have loged in to my iinternet HSBC bank account in TR and need to make a payment in GBP from my GBP account to another bank account that is not an HSBC account. I have all the Iban numbers etc. I tried phoning the bank on Friday for help but nobody understood me and Julie was not in. I dont know which option to go thro ?

Can anybody help ?

Sorry haven't got time to log in as I'm just going out but if you look at transactions help it should tell you what to do. From memory, I think it is a swift transfer. Once you put the IBAN in it can, usually but not always, identify the destination bank. The good thing is that it will display all the details of the transaction before you have to confirm. When you have finished it will say something like pending approval, it will then confirm that the transaction is successful after about 3 days.
