Just returned to London after another marvellous time in TRNC and felt I just had to comment on a very enjoyable evening out at Guido's, the food was absolutely devine and the service and atmosphere was great , we all really enjoyed ourselves and are already looking forward to coming back in the spring for another taste !!

Seems to be a lot of slagging off of various establishements on here so i wanted to just post something on the positive side.

Thanks to all of you @Guido's and see you next year

Agreed excellent food and good wine list, atmosphere super, service magnificent. Staff friendly and helpful.

the service is brill been a few times now and each time it has been most enjoyable the " blonde waitres/ matre d " does it for me she is brilliant.

Guidos is in Alsancak just past the Golden Lady statue on the right hand side of the main road. It will be quite a long journey from where you are. About 20 mins from the centre of Kyrenia.

Hello Lilli, we were over in August and also had a fantastic evening, food excellent, service excellent, wine excellent and you also sell cobra beer, fantastic !. See you next year around May.

Hi No1Doyeen, we are not mainly a seafood restaurant. The menu is mainly Italian but we get live lobsters, oysters scallops prawns langostine and Irish mussels every friday my molly malone day. We will do anything that you require as long as you give us a day or twos notice if you want steaks etc. Everyday we have blackboard specials tonight its pork escalope. hope you come to try us it will be lovely to meet you. take care lilli

I can vouch for the freshness of the shell fish. Not easy to catch the little buggers running around the plate though!



The prawns with wasabe are to die for! However don't be macho and tell Guido you like it very hot because it will be! Seriously, he will cook as you like it.

Congrats to Guido's on a very favourable review in this week's Cyprus Today. We popped in on Friday to get some deli delights and as always were chuffed to bits with the welcome and very pleased with what we bought. That gruyere was something else!



Lilli, as you know we are off to the UK on Saturday - I forgot that when we were chatting last weekwe're on an early flight so we won't make the theme night sorry. But we will see you on Tuesday when we get back xx

Hi All.



We have been back in UK from TRNC for two weeks now, withdrawal symptoms have well set in.!!!



We went to Quidos for an evening meal , and have to say Wow ! we had a fantastic meal cooked to perfection, The wine and hospitality were great also, so friendly and accomodating



Well done to Lilli & Guido, Fantastico!!
