building work and builders required

has anyone got the name of a fair Turkish Cypriot builder, its to get estimates for work we need doing when fitting out the Bar, there is quite a bit of structural work, plumbing, joinery, tiling, etc, patio to build 10 m x 12 m x 1 m high, can anyone supply telephone numbers or names of companies that are reliable. Also a good window company.

Celal Demirci (no relation) 0533 834 1957. Good alround guy who is always busy and never advertises. Mostly repeat work.

we have had him doing:

plumbing, joinery, tiling (internally and externally), roofing, painting, paving and structural work the previous builders failed to do.

Well worth a call ...... if I could only get him in a suitcase I'd bring him home to do all the jobs that hubby 'will do'.....sigh.

Speak to Celal at Ersem Trading in Alsancak. They do all types of building work and I have always found them to be reliable and well priced.

Sunbeams estate agents use a really good builder with a very good reputation. Call 0533 849 89 59. they will show you examples of their work etc.
