Kisir seems to vay so much I would love to see some North Cyprus recipes for this delightful meze

I know I can buy kisir at the supermarket but it is so variable in taste with the different spices I would love to see some recipes. Somebody out there must have a recipe or two

Thanks Michelle but I really wanted North Cyprus recipes. Kisir is such a variable feast and differs all over Turkey so i thought it would be interesting to learn how the locals make it.
