New meditation classes to begin please register your interest

HI my name is Handan and i practice as a Reiki master practitioner in Girne, i have recently posted just some of the benefits of meditation to your physical health please see below some more benefits



I intend on setting up group classes to begin in April plaese let me know if you are interested in joining us , the intention is to develop a circle of friends , who will join in and also support each other along the journey to feeling great . Through the weeks we will move through various meditation techniques and well being excercise.



Psychological benefits:

37- Increases serotonin level, influences mood and behaviour.

39- Helps control own thoughts

40- Helps with focus & concentration

Hi lauvine thank you for your input i do not intend on them being anymore than 10tl per class and lets face it you can not buy much for that these days! they will likely be in Alsancak am awaiting confirmation of timetables and will choose the slots depending on attendance i may offer 2 a week to give people opportunity to fit a class into there week hope this helps will post dates by Friday and times

Handan. Looked yesterday and didn't see anythingabout classes. Would be very interested to join class as long as it isn't too far from the main road in Alsancak as I need to use public transport. Please e mail me about class. Thanks.

I am sure Handan will announce shortly when she logs on on but I do know that Meditation Classes begin at the Black Olive Cafe, Alsancak on Tuesday the 12th of April at 11.30am for one hour. The cost of the class is 10tl.

Meditation is healthy, you can do it in the privacy of your own home like many other well known pastimes and it has no known harmfull side effects.

I'ts not against the law either (at least in the UK).

Hi everyone sorry for the delay in posting Internet has been down all day with the electric...good job i stock loads of candles ! The Kibtek man turned up wet and in the dark to restore our power supply (Transformer struck by lightning!) hope no one was too destressed by todays storms...
