Hye

Just to let you know the latest news on Missy.

She is still having treatment for her ear infection (which is proving more deep seated than initially thought) but her eyes are now beginning to sparkle. That is due not only to her eye infection having cleared but also to the TLC and environment she is currently in.

She visited the doggy dentist this week and her teeth were descaled so they now are as sparkley as her eyes.

Her original owners family were contacted in the UK, by KAR, to discuss her future - especially when it turned out that Missy has a Pet Passport - and the option of Missy travelling to the UK to re live with them was viewed as an option. However that option was refused by her UK family.

For all those of you who were very concerned about Missy being put to sleep - please be assured that despite her UK owners and TRNC owners wanting that to happen - it is not something that is going to happen.

I'm not sure of how many threads there are on Missy, but I think there were a number of people who were prepared to contribute something to KAR for her upkeep and medical treatment? As I understand it and the last I heard only one person had given KAR any money specifically for her.

Tango I saw missy on saturday at the market. She looks a million dollars now. She also looks very content. She is such a beautiful girl x
