| Last year I visited a Restaurant in Girne which I want to go back to BUT I cant remember the name. It was tucked away off of the main dual carriageway going west out of Girne. It was quiet up market by the beach. It had the BEST Meze I had ever had the food and service quality was excellent. The clientele were the local 'fatcats' it was NOT cheap but very good. Virtually all the staff were male but it appeared to be run by an English/Scottish woman. It probably seated 60 -100 and had a large bar area. PLEASE CAN YOU HELP... |

Was it the Veranda? Maybe 5 miles from Girne, almost opposite University entrance. A sign on the right, turn down that street, 1st right, then 1st left, and it's at the bottom on the left, at the water's edge.

If it wasn't the Veranda, do go there anyway - you certainly will not be disappointed. You do need to book to get a table by the sea.
