Just curious to know - and I would be grateful if you would email your reply on this query as we do not approve of negotiations on a public forum. what is your rate for selling a property on a sole agent basis?



We have not approached any other estate agent at this time.



Would also like to know whether you have a website or not?



We are not in a hurry to sell so will not give it away. Really just want a fair price and to move on after having seven happy years here. ( and yes, we have the Kocan)
