4 week Zumba Cardio Party in Aid of Kemal Saracoglu Foundation

I am hosting a 4 week long Zumba dance fitness party with all proceeds going to the Kemal Saracoglu Foundation which currently gives financial assistance to 38 families that have children suffering from cancer.



Commencing Tuesday 19th April I will be holding sessions at the Altinkaya Bar, Karakum.. Tuesday and Thursday mornings 9-10am.



On Wednesday and Friday mornings 10-11am I will be at Sunset Club, Lapta



This will end with an evening session at the Altinkaya Bar, Karakum, with live bongo and calypso.



This is the perfect introduction to Zumba for everyone.



You can be any age and any level of fitness because you can participate only as much as you like, you can take part in all of the routines or sit some of them out. It is the ideal way to burn calories for people who love dance and music, in a fun and sociable environment.



You can pay 10tl per session or 50tl for unlimited sessions.

Come on everyone -sign up if you are in the vicinity and not working for a living! this is a FABULOUS chance to have fun, get healthier (the cardio vascular system gets improved b eyond measure), get a bdetter swimsuit figure, but above all you will be helping the kids and their families who are struggling to beat cancer! this is a terrific gesture by Becky who is getitng nothing out of this other than the joy of helping other.s that has to be worth supporting it for that. And then there will be the final party. Whoopee.

For those of you who don't know who Becky is or what she looks like, she will be on Can Gazi's 'Cup of conversation' this week when she will tell al, and you can see just how gorgeous she is (inside and out). Oh, and if you don;'t know what I look like, I will be on with her.

what a bargain! But the biggest is this wonderfully cheap chance to 'have a go'. Only 10TL a session or 50TL for 8. fab. Other similar classes are 20TL! 'Nuff said.

Have heard that the class east of Kyrenia are growing nicely, but few from out West have done so. Perssonally,I like the ones out west cos they start an hour later.

Come on ladies and gents sign up. I was talking to the ladies at the kemal Saracoglu Charity today who will benefit from the money, and they are getting quite excited and so delighted that Rebecca is doing this. Maybe they should come to the party and then they can meet you all.

Had a great turnout today at the first class. Thank you to all the Zumba ladies that came and I hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did.



We have raised 320tl for the foundation on the first day so Im ecstatic. Thank you all once again for your support with this, it means such a lot.



Please call and book if you would like to try Zumba either at the Altinkaya, Karakum or Sunset Club, Lapta.
