The Special Representatives of the two leaders Kudret Özersay and Yorgo Yakovu met this morning within the framework of their weekly meetings aimed at assisting the leaders in their efforts to reach a comprehensive solution to the Cyprus Problem.

The Special Representatives resumed discussions on the international agreements.

The Special aides of the two leaders Kudret Özersay and Yorgo Yakovu met for two hours this morning.

Today’s discussions focused on international agreements signed by the two sides and how these agreements will be integrated into the new partnership.



They will be meeting again on Thursday afternoon the 14th of April to resume their discussions.



Meanwhile, President Derviş Eroğlu and the Greek Cypriot leader Demetris Christofias will be holding a working dinner at the residence of the Chief of Mission on April the 14th, when the UN Special Adviser Alexander Downer will be back on the island.

It has been announced that note takers will be attending the working dinner which will take place at 8pm.





In the meantime, the UN Special Adviser Alexander Downer will be received by President Derviş Eroğlu on Monday.
