visa 4 u.k big problems

i have been trying to apply for visa , for u.k visit , the application form has to be compleated before you get invited to the high commision for interview, you have to state your proposed dates to travel, this is were my problem starts, it keeps rejecting my travel dates i have sent 4 emails to there web site trouble shooters recieved no reply, has anyone had this problem , if so please tell me how you resolved

yes i have faxed you cannot phone just speak to machine, i dont need visa for myself, its for my wife who is moldovian

You'll get a response to your FAX eventually, the BHC staff only work part-time these days.
