He's currently selling the 4bed pents at £120,000 and theres also one for sale at Henry Charles for £90k.



According to Ozyalchin's office the land is now safe land with his office and the Turkish Govt having paid compensation to the Greek land Owner.

ian im thinking about pataras city but ian smith estates have two 4 bed penthouse up for sale at £64950 ! and this is through an agent can you explain the price differential

I'd say it represents good value for money, just down to how eager/desperate someone is to sell.



I currently have tenants in mine whose contract is up for renewal at the end of this month. Weather or not that is renewed would be up to the potential new owner.



They are currently paying £450 a month, and rent has always been on time, so I definitely would vouch for them.

the VAT has been paid and I belv the deeds are ready to be picked up.
