Arcelik Washing machine repairman needed

Does anyone know of a reliable (non rip off) washing machine repair man ?? Our Arcelik machine was leaking the last time we were over, a perished pipe or seal somewhere I think.

Ring Arcelic Service. 0392 4447777. They came today to repair my 5 year old dishwasher. They replaced a motor capacitor and charged me 70tl. I have always found them to be very good and today was no exception.

Arcelik service is first class, if I was kitting out a house again here I would have ALL Arcelik, white goods, AC, the lot just for the knowledge that if stuff breaks down, they are round to fix within a couple of days.

They also have one engineer who's English is very good that they send to English speaking customers.

Agree completely about Arcelik's service. I rang them recently on a Saturday morning and they were out by 9.30 on Monday morning to repair my cooker. Charge was about 60TL.

I did have a few days delay but it was over the weekend. However, phoned them yesterday morning and they were here within the hour. You can`t go wrong.

They will come out at the weekend if youre desparete but they do tell you there is extra charge
