3 bed fully furnished bungalow in Alagdi requires someone to care for it for a period of approx. six months from November



In return for rent free accommodation we’re looking for someone to care for and maintain the house, care for and look after the garden and generally provide a calm and secure environment!



All utility and pool cleaning bills will be the responsibility of the inhabitants (no mains water – tanker supplies only) – a current generous estimate for these costs would be in the region of £250 per month.



No pets and no smokers



Owners will be in occupancy at the end of October and would want to meet any “candidates” then. A security deposit will be required which will be repaid at the end of the occupancy period



This is a genuine offer but please understand we will require substantial reassurance you are the right person for the job!!

Hi Alison. I am not able to offer a long term house sit but I need to find accommodation from the 10th November to the 27th November and wonder if you would consider a short stay tenant to look after your property. I am single and need to find alternative accommodation for this period as the villa owners from whom I am renting need to stay in their own property for this time.



I do not smoke and have a car. I am aged 48. I could if you require keep an eye on the property on a regular basis. I am based in Ozankoy.

Hi Alison. Brenda Macdonald here again. I spoke to husband about your advert and he says that we have the option to terminate our rental of the villa as we are only contracted till the 7th November and that would allow us therefore to be considered by you as the housesitters.



Can you let me know if you might be willing to meet with us. We are happy to pay the utilities etc. My phone number is 0533 8459814. We would be happy to do the maintenance, gardening etc.



We can supply character references. In fact we have relatives in Leighton, Shrewsbury! We have a house in the UK and are just out here for a long period because my husband is at sea and has a lot of leave to take.
