Well I hope the service is more reliable than the DHL Lefkosa office! Had a door to door package sent from UK: departed Heathrow 17 March, arrived Ercan 21 March. I finally managed to get them to find it and I collected it on 7 April. They wouldn't/couldn't deliver to my address - all kinds of promises made and broken, absolutely useless. Would I use them again? Not while the pope is still a catholic!

What will be the situation with parcels that arrive, will they be opened and checked by a customs officer on site in Girne and any necessary taxes charges at that time? Or, they likely to be held up in customs in Ercan? This is my biggest bugbear with DHL in Lefkoşa. Does Cafe Boss have any connection with EHS in Lefkoşa or is it a completely separate franchise?
