Do you mean a pet passport? Do you mean a dog licence?

One might be very hard and one easier why not ask KAR who can probably advise you.

I believe the vets the same as UK. They have to of had there blood test results back for 6 months before being able to travel freely across Borders, or to travel back into your country of residence.

Do dogs have to have their photo taken for their Passport? If so, Is it a side profile or front face?

Sharon Msg 5 - That would apply for a pet travelling from an EU country unhappily not from the TRNC or Turkey. The DEFRA rules restrict you and enforce 6 months quarantine.

You can not get a valid Pet passport in North Cyprus that will allow free movement to all countries under the PETS scheme, however there is a way round this by using another EU country as a transit point if you are returning to the UK. This is all to do with the RoC and the TRNC not being recognised and who will and will not accept documents from here.

Ricky Msg13 - You would do well to ge the pet passport filled in full before the puppy leaves the South.

Once the puppy goes North the value of the passport will be reduced as in theory for UK entry your dog would need quarantine.

Have you asked KAR to find out if they have a similar suitable puppy to the one you are buying? - I would as in one sense it might be better all round.
