owever you should bare in mind that you might not get too many replies to this if you won't put your e-mail address in your profile so it is available to members but others like myself need to put mine on show for guests as well by adding it in the post. Most people will not put any personal details on the forum for various reasons.

If you don't want to have several parties interested and get the best offer possible that is your choice, the less amount interested the better it is for me if I like the place, just a suggestion, not a criticism.
