Sounds brilliant Same. I'll be in next week to see if you can repair my door lock,also do you have mud flaps as I know one day I will get caught, and how much is a car wash,? mine's filthy. I'll have MOT preparation in September. Stella

Just wanted to let everyone know that I got a new lock and mud flaps in less than 3 hours. I got taken home from the garage while they repaired my car, and then they came and picked me up to get it. Very reasonable price, and excellent service. Highly recommended. They will also prepare your car for it's MOT and then take it and get it done for you.

Sam may speak English but at 9am this morning there was no-one there who could.



Hopefully when I take my car there tomorrow I'll be able to communicate with someone.

Don't understand what you are saying cyberwar.Are you another garage joining Sam's thread. You make it sound as though only you give appointments and guarantee turn around. Sam helped me at short notice, and had sorted my car out, and driven me back and forth in 3 hours. You can't ask better than that.

I am very much involved with Sam and we are totally committed to providing the best service.



Why Sam wasn't contactable I will address.



The input we received from customers was that they didn't like waiting around so appointments first to satisfy our pre-booked customers.



However we normally will bend over backwards to deal with unexpected circumstances.
