Hi, paid my annual fee in March, but have had several text messages and also a flash on the TV telling me to pay up by 15th April or get cut off!! Anyone else had a problem like this? Its all paid and I have receipt but don't want to have to go all the way there to get it sorted!

I used to pay Digiturk annually including extras for films and Premiership Football packages. Halfway through the year the sponsors of the football changed and I had paid for football which was not shown. I now only pay annually the basic package and for the extras cash each month. I also used to pay Extend annually for one free month. After six months I was cut off every month for alleged non payment so they also get paid cash monthly now !

I am even luckier, I get a text message every month even though I pay the monthly fee by standing order on my debit card, which incidentally, they informed me could not be done.
