Would anyone give an estimate of costs re: pool maintenance and which company to use or is it advisable to D.I.Y?

Pool maintenance can be easy if you know what you are doing. We sell all the tools, test kits and chemical you'll need and our water sampling service and instruction on how to maintain your pool is free to all our customers.

I have a friend who has a pool maintenance company they are very professional and always on hand to answer any questions or deal with any problems you may have. I have been living in the TRNC for quite a while now and used a few companies who have been totally useless especially if you dont live in the country.

I would be happy to give you their number if you wish.

ps Be careful of any pool companies who ask for payment in advance they are normally useless. These guys take payment monthly

I will check on fountains when I get in office on Monday. Coloured lights can be conventional with coloured lenses or do you mean sequencing LED underwater lights like these?

We would need to drain your pool to just below the existing lights and change the mounting brackets which would need re-drilling.

Total cost supplied and fitted £326 for 2. These lights sequence through RGB and can be controlled - slow, fast, random and fixed etc.

Fountains are more problematical - they tend to be installed when the pool is being built and run off their own pipework and pump/controls. I will look further for options.
