A warning to anybody wanting an awning do not use Steve of Awnings and Fountains.

I needed a new awning last year he came measured up and said the awning would be here in about 4 weeks. I waited most of the summer last year and when I managed to contact him he said that they had sent the wrong material but he would come and put it up so I would have some shade. I was told he would replace the awning with the correct material when it arrived. I have been emailing him and phoning him since last September but I am still waiting for my correct material and an answer from him

Hi we had an awning from Steve, which he came and repaired. He has now sold the business to one of his competitors, if you keep e mailing the same address he may get back to you.

lots of guys called Steve on the island so be a wee bit more specific in case the wrong person gets a bad name.

Yes it would be so easy to give the wrong Steve a bad name because i bet 99.9% of Steve's on the island like to get their Awning )
