Does anyone out there have a contact in the phone company.

We have had no adsl, have had Nethouse out and they confirm it is a data line problem. I have been to the phone company 5 times made various phone calls, received a call telling me they were coming on Monday, they didn't and we still have no adsl. Anyone who has someone in the know would be great, Thanks Phil.
