Snagging and Building updates

Just to let you know, I have found Fulya Onya service very good and well worth the value for money.



I get regular, independant reports with photos, and a comprehensive snagging list at the end of the build. ( She ensures all snagging points are corrected by the builder, which there are not many due to her regular inspections throughout the build! )she is now maintaining my property, and paying the bills!

Make sure you get all the snagging done,we were told after staying in the villa

for just 4 weeks in the first year our warrenty had run out,so now we are having a battle with our builders.

Hey, MR TESSELL...The stealer!!! Yes yes, he is a stealer. He has a villa in Alsancak Kofalı Villas no 12 and he has stolen his neighbours, no 13 pool engine!!



The builders entered his house with the spair key and they found the stolen engine in the middle of the house.



Now, I'm very happy to introduce you to public. The people like you, are the shits of the society and must be cleaned.
