Mercure Hotel has also got memberships for the fitness center and every day classes like Pilates, aqua aerobic and mornig gym..these are included in the memberhip!!

You can also use the indoor pool, outoor pool, beach club, hamam, sauna steam room as well....

I can also recommend pumps I use it daily apart from Sunday its closed. The location is from the Belapaise traffic lights head in opposite direction from Belapaise and its just on the Left big red sign outside

SPA and fitness centre in Mercure do not have days off , it is great! I love it !

By far the best gym anywhere here is Lifezone on the left hand side, opposite the Alsancak/Lapta Starling, about half km past the golden lady.

Mercure gym is ok for a chat in a set of new trainers and top that you mustn't get sweaty, but if you actually want to train, and you did mention body build, then lifezone is the place to go.

membership - 10tl/day, 85tl/month (not sure the weekly or monthly fees)

Open full 6 days a week 8am - 10pm and Sunday mornings.

OKi, thank you for this information.. I am not looking for a place where I can chat in new trainers )) I will try both.. Lifezone and Pumps. By the way, do you know the price for various classes - like yoga, pilates, aerobic.. etc?? Thank you!

I don't do the yoga, pilates stuff (its for girls where I come from) but they do do it at Pumps give them a call and they will be able to let you know all you need to know 0533 830 5117. I must say that Lifezone sounds a bit cheeper than Pumps but for me the fact it is on the right side of town and has all that I want is worth the extra few tl.
