Hi

Well the day has finally come after spending a few days visiting family we are setting of to drive over,leaving Dover in the morning looking forward to meeting some forum members in the near future

take it easy on the road have plenty of breaks and most of all enjoy the ride. I drove from istanbul to tasucu last Dec we had the time of our lives.

watch out for the turkish police and there "radar " traps, just a way of them getting a bit of pocket money.......Otherwise enjoy your trip and drive safely....

Keep out of Austria. Those buggers hovered 120 Euros out of my pocket for not stopping to buy their road tax, and gave me 2 days to leave the country. Was only in their country 20 minutes when this happened.
