Do rabbits need to be hung for any time or can they be eaten straightaway?

Yorgozlu bey, I'd like to buy a couple of rabbits (dead and cleaned, but including the head - nothing better than rabbit brains!). Please contact me via email.

Dutch.... bit less of the lumping together of all of us as 'Brits' please. Some of us have educated palettes. A race that eats Stroopwafels, Poffertjes and Bitterballen !! surely can't comment on Baked Beans!

I am out soon Yorgozlu.. I will take you up on some of your eggs. Will give the rabbit a miss though... last time I tried it I found a 'hare' on my plate!

Ed has a herbal shop next to Turk Bankasi ATM in Alsancak (opposite the Lady Statue)

he has fresh eggs for 5tl and they are free range because I see his hens running around every day.

His eggs are also smashing to eat. Many of my visitors comment on my eggs and I have a friend in Karsiyaka who asks me to get his eggs.

Once I give you the receipe for how to cook a rabbit.......who knows, you might change your mind.

Eggs as well the rabbits are my neighbours.I have my own too,but nor for sale.I'm only up for being as self efficent and organic as one can be.
