it has 3 double bedrooms, large kitchen, large lounge with living fire, a bathroom but has a store room that could be converted. It has a tiny garden, a terrace with sea views but the flat roof affords the best views down to the sea and a second storey can be built. it is on exchange land but the kocan is in the owners name and the house is on the kocan with all taxes paid. Asking price is £65000.

you can phone for details or email me and I will send photos. 0542 8833085

It quite clearly states, the kocan is in the owners name and the house is on the kocan with all taxes paid but thanks for bringing it back to the top.

Stillluvithere,

I would be very interested in taking your property on our books to try and help you sell it. I'm sure you have considered selling through an agent but if we can be of assistance please feel free to contact me.

I look forward to your response

Is this a leasehold property please, my reason for asking is you say the kocan is in the 'owners' name not in 'our name' sorry if I am misreading it but a lot of properties in Edrimit are leasehold and it helps to bring it back to the top for you

kitty fun

the reason I say owners name is, the owner is my fiance and has moved in with me, that is the reason for sale. The property is freehold and as safe as it gets here.

Hi, John. I would be very interested in selling your property.

Unfortunately I cannot see your e-mail address yet, so I will be very glad, if you respond me to my e-mail hakki95@hotmail.com with more information with photos of this house.

Thank you.
