moespm - I would suggest you go to any Doctors surgery immediately and ask them for the contact details for a Psychiatrist, or your nearest Chemist would have contact details, or indeed any Hospital will have all the information necessary, to go forward. If you are serious - then the need will be immediate - and mental or emotional problems that you feel require a Psychiatrist should not be addressed by anyone not fully qualified and accredited, as they can do more harm than good - indeed that path can be detrimental not just to the patient's wellbeing, but to those around them. I'm not sure about Girne but I know there's a very psychiatrist at Lefkosa state hospital. You go and register and are seen there and then. The doctor my friend saw was a very nice, approachable lady who spoke good english and took a full history of any meds or medical conditions.
