Its a shame that the two ladies kept the place running all winter for very little pay and then they get the boot when you come along. I agree with you msg 7.

Will you be using adding machines to calculate the bar bills? Or will it be the usual add one on and hope the customer forgets how many he has had.

Last night went really well, thanks guys. The after quiz party was great fun, I thank everyone for their support. Sulman and Weseem deserve to do well, they have an exciting new menu coming up with dishes that are unavailable elsewhere in Cyprus, music nights, etc (and don't forget the Monday & Friday quiz nights). One of the English ladies is still working there, the other has left for her own reasons.
