Been there tonight...won't be going again! We booked a table for eight people for 7.30. Not all of us had starters, but had to wait ages for those that did....and one after ordering the starter was told about half hour later that actually that starter was not available...so she chose something else.....starters eventually turned up....to cut a very long story short, main meals turned up 2 hours after we arrived......now I wouldn't mind so much if they were al acarte dishes, but we all order simple pasta, spaghetti, lasagne.....etc etc. All turned up at different times, side dish of cauliflower cheese didn't turn up til the meal was finished so we refused it and sent it back......all in all absolute rubbish service, food not that good........and wouldn't mind maybe quite so much had the owner not been there, who we did complain to......but all he said was he needed more English speaking staff.....I don't think so...

people were coming in after us.....apparently the owner's daughter and her mates.....who all got served in a split second......and got second to none attention.

Did we complain? yes we certainly did....especially when the bill came and it was a total scribbled on a bit of paper......so, we said nope, we want a break down of the bill......which took them ages to do, which again is a bit concerning because if they can give you a total then they must have had a list of items to take it from....not so,......in fact when the proper bill, itemised came, it was only 3 lira less than they had tried to charge us ....so not so bad I suppose......but that's not the point. Totally unprofessional....food not that good...and the whole experience was rubbish. New restaurant opened and shot themselves in the foot straight away......will they never learn.....but at the end of the day....the daughter and her mates probably had a real good time.

Hi Blackbird....well we always like to give everyone a chance to be fair.....but this has to be the worst experience we have had. It is not difficult to cook some pasta.....half the menu on offer was not available anyway.....so, I would say definitely one to avoid, but then again maybe someone will go and have a good experience.......won't be us though. Such a shame that they cannot get something that should be so simple..right. Good luck to them.......maybe the daughter will be able to supply enough mates to keep the place going.

And one final point......when a new place opens, normally, in my experience, it tries to be at its best...... to obviously entice custom.....I hate to think what this place will be like in a couple of months.......

Maybe they have opened before they were really ready to try to recoup the £70000 they have spent on the place!

Deniz1, I think you may be right......they were not well organised at all. Unfortunately, unless they improve drastically they will never recoup the £70,000......good luck to them anyway.

We went the same night and yes the service was slow.We spoke to the owner who was very apologetic and sincere. We think they maybe rushed the opening evening and unfortunately this reflected in the poor level of service.

When we received the food it was delicious.....fresh pasta as well. Prices are very reasonable as around 15TL for pizza or pasta.

We will go again and give them the 2nd chance they deserve.
