We have some rubbish to get rid of. Does anyone know of a council tip in the Alsancak area.

The whole place is one big tip.. just find the closest ravine and if that's already full put it on the beach!!!

UB does have a point. When did anyone last hear of somebody getting charged or fined for fly-tipping or littering? The authorities clearly don't think it's an issue and those who do it have no pride in their country.
