My mohter is coming out and needs a shower chair, she will only need it for 4 weeks, if anyone has one I could borrow or rent it would be great as I don't really want to buy one for such a short time.

If any one can help my number is 0542 855 5672 or leave a number and I will give you a call.

When my late father in law visited and needed one we used one of the all weather wicker(OK plastic!) bistro garden chairs and it was perfect in the shower for him.

Angela,

Type in nurseawful in the search bar and you will find her contact details, she may be able to help you.

Re message 2, thats what I would suggest, a plastic garden chair you can always put a towel on the seat for comfort. Might save you buying/hiring one.

HAve done that in the past but she is in a wheel chair with limited mobility and she is getting a bit older (she'll hate me for saying that!) I really need something that is a bit more sturdy as she needs it to be stable when she transfers chairs as she can't stand.

Will try and contact Nurseawful.

You could also try Cheshire Homes in Ozanköy, I seem to remember reading in the past that they have mobility aids and the like that are available to borrow.
