candyjim1, if you can use Word and Widows, microsoft package called Frontpage is th package for you. It comes with the Office 2003 version and will do almost all you need to do with a professional looking website including feedback forms. However if you need shopping basket created within it, that's a different matter.

If you are looking for somebody to do it for you, my rates are very reasonable.
