Seems to me that their team this season is well used to being outplayed and having to rely on defending in numbers as ruthlessly as the referee will allow and quick counter attacks to try and nick something or get lucky. I simply hope that we do not see yet another game decided by an agenda of the referee but a football feast, fairly officiated, and the best team in the match win. The 2nd leg of semi tonight might give some more clues though if Messi appears in the final and plays to his best I find it hard to see any winner other than Barca.

Hopefully United will make it through tonight but I expect major team changes.....not starting with Rooney,Evra and possibly Vidic. We only need a dour defensive game and hopefully get to the final for the 3rd time in 4 years. Then the small problem of Barca in the final again. I have to agree that we were outclassed 2 years ago but the team spirit then was at an all time low. Ronaldo and Tevez had already made it clear they were leaving and there wass no unity in the team.

This team is probably the least exciting to watch over the last 20 years but they have a togetherness that will hold them in much better shape for the coming games.Chelsea will be tough but again a draw will probably be enough for us to win the league for a record 19th time and we will be much fresher than 2 years ago if we get to the final.Park,Fletcher,Valencia,O'Shea and Ferdinand have all been injured and out for a lengthy period so will be much fresher. Also El Classico 4 times in 17 days may just take its tol

Well Rowlo, United are going to have to play a lot better in the second half than they have in the first.



Giggs has not been in the game yet which is strange as everyone knows he likes playing away from home.



Your lot are playing the way Liverpool played at the begining of the season, kick the ball down the field and hope someone gets on the end of it. If they dont alter it will be one way traffic in the second half.

It is fact that MU have (at the moment) only one trophy and that is only between about 20 clubs. Not sure how many enter the FA cup in which of course MU failed. I think MU won this year because others failed to captilise when MU dropped points. Sir Alex is not what he was OK he may win the MIcky Mouse cup but Tevez may have something to say about that. Just watch next season a poor one for MU I feel with Sir chewing gum resigning at the end of the season.

rowlo we all know the history but thats not next season , just watch you will be disapointed. If we look at history why dont we mention when MU dropped out of the top division?
