My daughter needs to give me the above so i can deal with a property matter for her she is in the uk and cannot come here for a long while how can we do this if any one knows please.

I recently had to set up a POA for someone to represent me re. house sale. the POA had to be in Turkish and as above be signed and authorised at the consulate in London. It cost £48-00.

I have just successfully done this. I went Unsal Gurok the noter, he is opposite the law courts in Kyrenia. He wrote a letter for the TRNC consulate in Bedford Square and emailed it to my daughter. She must take this and £25 to Bedford square and then she must get the original to you. This then is taken to an office in the same building as residency and has to be stamped twice and that is it. Go and see Unsal and he will do almost everything for around 50 - 100 tl
