Petcross veterinary centre in Karakum (Behind Starling Supermarket, which is behind Lemar) do dog grooming with a charging scale based on weight.. From memory their top charge is 100TL for a cut. Depending on condition of the dogs coat it might also require a shampoo though.

Why not call in with the dog and get a quote. Then at least you will know if other quotes are good value.

Make absolutely certain that you give the guy at Petcross instructions on how you want your dog clipped.



He has just done our Westie and he has just sheared all his hair off all over his body. You would be better staying



with your dog and making certain he doesn't go scissor mad. In my opinion he is not a professional groomer.

My GR is an afghan/taliban hound, rather untrained but his is all bark and has no teeth to bite with, in fact untrainable but I understand that while you are grooming him and he is at his most relaxed, if you can chop his nuts off, that may help his anti-social behavior somewhat. How much do you charge for such a beast.



BTW I have another afghan/taliban hound called DT, no he is liable to bite. Do you have a muzzle while you are grooming? and how much for the two? A discount will be appreciated by which time I may throw in Oracle into the bargain. There is a slight problem doing all three though, like Forest Gump you don't know what you are gona get?

The number is 0533 863 5818, this is Pertev's number but he takes bookings, she doesn't work Fridays and you need to book a few weeks in advance normally as she gets booked up.

I would just like to give Jo a recommendation as I always let her clip my 2 dogs. They don't like going to the vets at the best of times so I don't like to stress them out anymore than I have too.

Home visits are convienient and less stressful for the dogs.

She is very patient, she has muzzles if she feels they are necessary........and my dogs look forward to her coming !!!

We can recommend Jo no problem, she has clipped many of our clients dogs and with patience and skill. Several dogs who have been to Petcross clipper have all come here looking like poodles even though they are terriers.
