ITV1 HD back on 1.8m dish

As those with Small SKY dishes know,few months ago we lost ITV1 HD on these dishes and it was only available for larger 4.2m dish.

Well,now it seems it is back on same frequency of 11973V and is available through "other channels" list.

If you had not deleted ITV1 HD on other channels list,you can start using it again by selecting ITV1 HD from that list.

If you have deleted or you want to tune it in, do the following..



press services and navigate to "add channels"

input frequency 11973 (leave the rest as they are) and hit the yellow "find channels" button

from the tuned channels highlight 7480 and hit yellow button to store it...presss select to complete.

You can now watch ITV1 HD by selecting 7480 from other channels list...

Being a test transmission, it is named 7480 for the time being but once placed in EPG they will probably rename it ITV1 HD..

Now I have the choice of watching Barcelona thrashing Manure on either Sky HD or ITV HD!

It is true we had problems on BBC due to interference problems i explained some time ago, but providing your dish was installed correctly, this problem can be fixed..

Hi all - has everyone else lost this channel again? After being able to view as an additional channel for a few days it now says 'call broadcaster to upgrade your subscription to receive this HD channel' ? I have other HD channels so this shouldn't be a problem. Anyone else had the same message?
