As the new year rapidly approaches, whats the the chances of the `give Becks a knighthood` brigade coming out of the closet again. Sir Dave & Lady Vic...ugh.

As it took some twenty odd YEARS after we robbed the Germans for Bobby Moore & Geoff Hurst to be rightfuly honoured, and Pete Shilton never having been recognised for his 116 caps, would it be right to honour Becks.

I've no particular bias either way with David Beckham but I just can't think of anyone that might have had more body paint...

Used to run the odd marathon but it takes up to much of your time to train for them so just do 10k now which i really enjoy.How about you do you run,

David Beckham has been a true ambassador for English football over the last few years. He does more charitible work than other other footballer. His legacy will be the football camps he has set up for youngsters. I think he should be knighted.
