Don't forget that the new Cheshire Home shop will be opened today at 11 am by Mr Rauf Denktash.

It's in Girne at the top of "Tin Pan Alley" opposite Beyti's restaurant, next door to (what once was) Shakers pub.

Come and say hello and have a look around. You'll be amazed at the bargains you'll find!

Negative Nick I want an apology from you. This Shop has absolutely NOTHING to do with Hal. I have opened this shop with help from my girl friends. Every Lira will go to the home, which does not have any funding either from the UK or North Cyprus. Heaven help you or yours if they have a car accident and need the help of the likes of The Home. This is a charity and we need help not your negative remarks. If you have an issue with Hal do it somewhere else not on our back.

From what i have read , my understanding is that This gentleman Hal Crompton issued a statement . From what i read , i understand he was taken to court by the people who gave him the money . The judge ruled there was no case to answer , he awarded costs and the Judge refused an appeal . He was innocent proved in a court of law , so So I am removing msg 2 & 5 as they were defaming an innocent man by posting what he did , in order for the thread to continue

Thank you Simbas. The opening wnet very well, the weather stayed fine and everyone enjoyed themselves.

The shop will be open every wednesday, thursday and friday 10am to 2pm. If we can get some more volunteers we will open on more days. So if you have a few hours to spare and would like to work in the shop please ring me Diane 0533 838 9476. We are a happy bunch of girls!!! well ladies.
