Go to Lefkosa and buy one in the street leading to the covered market. They are much cheaper there.

You need to speak with Adam, he lives in Upper Kyrenia and refurbishes water pumps. I've spoken to him, he has a couple of pool pumps in. His tel. is 0533 849 9765
