Urgent translation required

We are in the process of moving from the TRNC to the US, we have received an e mail from our shippers but unfortunately it is in Turkish. Is there anyone who could translate it for me asap as our container is due to arrive tomorrow

5- gümrükte ihracat işlemlerini yapabilmemiz için tarafımıza verilecek yetki belgesi

as explained to you on the telephone ,the work can commence monday or tuesday .

i will explain below what the owners of the container should do a.s.a.p to help all.

1to 5 a list of all goods,what there is in what.

the list must be shown along with passports ,the list and other paperwork must be stamped ,this must be down prior too customs .

Sorry, I was out all day today. WE (about 150 people) had a nice picnic somewhere near Arapkoy in Girne and all paid for by the Chamber of Electrical Engineers. Good for them.



What they are asking you seems very odd to me but here it is paragraph by paragraph:



1. You must provide a packing list for all goods to be loaded i.e. what is in each carton.



2. Approval of the packing list from the Mukhtar of the list.



3. Approval from the Mukhtar of the passport of the person who is named in the way bill.



4. The approved documents and the packing list must be stamped and approved by the Ministry of the Interior and the Turkish Embassy.



5. A paper from you authorizing us to do the export formalities at Customs.



I hope it makes sense to you. I presume you spoke to them in English and not Turkish, so why send you all this in Turkish? Good luck.

my uncle says he knows you his name is nidayi beyaz and maybe you know ahmet beyaz ,he used to have gocmen taxis ,but his son runs it now.

or it could be he thinks your someone else.

My memory is terrible but the name is familiar. Oh yes, of course I know Ahmet Beyaz, a thin man and the taxi stop was at Sakarya.
