The only place I could find one was in Debenhams in Ledra Street, that was a few months ago.

I wish I knew!! I bought what was supposed to be the Turkish equivalent but the measurements washed off after about 4 months. Ended up buying as previous posted said, in Debehams down South. Tango1

Msg 6. How can you tell a Pyrex item is a genuine Pyrex item and not like a "genuine" Gucci handbag? Wish I knew. Tango1

I tried Home Essentials and he said he has sold out of the Pyrex dishes and can't get any more for the moment from his supplier. I also tried Bektas as well. Tango 1, I think that the Pyrex you find here are genuine, Borcam is the turkish equivalent. Most of the genuine Pyrex glassware comes with a little green card insert, like this: http://i2-groceries.asda.com/g/010/450/3426470010450_21000_IDShot_2.jpeg

There are lots in Alphamega, the one near MacDonalds. €7.45 for 0.5 litre and €8.50 for 1 litre. They are genuine Pyrex. They also stock a new modern large tumbler style one with all sorts of different measuring guides.

i have found a 700ml measuring jug today in China Bazaar for 5TL, its not Pyrex, but the amounts are engrained into the glass, so they wont rub off. Just thought i'd let you know in case anyone else wants one. They are downstairs, on the first glass/dish shelf next to the customer services desk.

Mess 7 and 12 are you suggesting we have counterfeit Pyrex here! lol! The Turkish "Pyrex' is Pasabache Borcam and is what you will mainly find here, very good it is too, "You can use your Borcam on ceramic stove directly, and on electric and gas stove with a heat diffuser. You can also use it in the oven and in microwave oven safely. While cooking in your Borcam, you can see the food without opening the lid. Thanks to Borcam, you can serve your dishes to your loved ones on your meticulously designed table, with an elegant presentation in their full color and most appetizing appearance" http://www.borcampasabahce.com/en/sss.aspx
