| Hi Just joined the board, Have an apartement at Palmbay and cannot wait for the site to be finished. I was realy impressed with the staff especialy Carol-anne she was very kind and the advice she gave to us was brilliant.A she said she still renenbers the problems she went through with her villa when she first arrived so was able to understand our concerns because we are so far away. The staff are very proud of what they are doing and nothing is of any trouble.Nadav gives the impression of someone who wants to finish the site in a way that we will all be proud of with very little in the way of snagging. Talking to other people who have bought on the island we felt we did the right thing buying from them and hope to be having a holiday in our new apartement next May. At least we will have water and electric which seems to be the biggest moan of other people. |

| Jackio, Welcome to the board from a fellow PBVer. As you will find out there are several other purchasers using this site as a way of passing on news etc. There is another PBV thread that contains recent news and pictures posted by Mike @ no 18. We have purchased No 9(pool cres) and like your good self hope to take our 1st PBV holiday next year. Morty |

| Hi Jackio We are next door to Morty (no 8 pool crescent). Welcome - lots of news - if you just type PBV a lot of threads will come up (if you haven't tried that already of course) Just had a msg from Carole-Anne so say snagging is complete and are requesting final payment. | All, Another move in the right direction for PBV, we are getting there people. Have enquired of Carol-Anne if all the Pool Crescent has had "snagging" done and will post answer if that point is not cleared up through this thread. I am also seeking clarification the maintenance money that PBV are asking for will not be used until all the communal areas of PBV are completed as per our contracts App H. Regards to all, Morty |

| hi, posted on another thread re - snagging as had an email from PBV on Friday 6th December to say all work is complete ready for inspection. Need to arrange that within 30 days and pay balance, as well as VAT (which we'd forgot about). Awaiting email back from PBV to advise why our bill request had not deducted the 8 months penalty payments. This bill had included the maintenance costs to which they say they will hold in a seperate account until required. |
