Can anyone recommend a good removal company. We are waiting for a quote from Dolphin and have been given Atlantis Shipping, has anyone used this company and if so were they okay

Not wishing to be nosey, but are you aware of all that "is" in the TRNC ,ie property issues, importation duties, property horror stories etc :............I really hope you are doing the right thing...............

Look on previous threads and you may find that Dolphin are considered less than OK. Good luck with whoever you choose.

Sariev,

I used Dolphin last year.....My stuff arrived on time but many things were broken...luckily I took out insurance but even that took 8 months before they agreed to replace items.....I would get a few quotes before just going with Dolphin.

Hope the move goes smoothly...;)

Hi Sariev

I move people to TRNC small removals in my own vehicle large removals via container.

References from happy customers can be easily be provided.

Established in 1996 and can honestly say that every house move I have done has had a happy customer. Insurance is always in place when I carry stuff on my own vehicle and I have never had to claim yet. Clean UK licence last points 24 years ago.

Next move will be next week South Shields to TRNC where are you coming from?

Search this site and you will find every removal company will have someone having a go at them but you have to remember that accidents are more likely to happen when more people are involved. If I bring your prized possessions I look you in the eye pack my van and know its right. If I move you by container I come look you in the eye and load the container. The only weak link in the chain is the packing of the boxes and if you want I will pack those too.

The personal touch and accountability are key

flightholiday, I have heard many things about Jo Valentine and none of them were good, also she does not respond to disgruntled customers....Use Olaytrans, I did and no problems.
