| I have noticed a lot of postings regarding the requirement for good reliable, reasonable priced tradesmen . . .
I have used this guy several times and he has always provided a 1st class job - without premium rates!!!
His name is Ilhan (fluent in both English and Turkish).
He is a 1-STOP-SHOP for all types of repairs - he can provide plumbers, electricians, joiners, painters, building work, ironwork, handymen etc. etc.
He is very personnable, reliable, provides extremely good prices - and is ALWAYS on time!!!

| where is he based. ie famagusta is no good for girne etc. sounds great as can never get anyone reliable unless very pricey |

| We have been fortunate to have have come acrossed ilhan and his team, they have done a few jobs for us at very reasonable rates and very professional which has been lacking up till now with others.
Would recommend him for all works. |

Ilhan is based in Catalkoy but he has done jobs for us in Karsiyaka and Alsancak - even with travel time and petrol costs he gave us a FAR BETTER PRICE than any of the other 'tradesmen'. As said above what is great about him and his team is that their workmanship is first class and THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE.
Above I also mentioned the different types of work he can do, however he can do just about anything, or he knows a man who does - even down to sourcing items - so if you want something or need something done in TRNC, don't google it . . . . . . ILHAN it. LOL
