Amazing, an Indian restaurant that can't cook their own cuisine!

Hope this helps!

i donot think any indian restaurant make there own pappadems.restaurater always buy from markets and then fried them in oil or cooked them on clay oven .

I think you missed the point. If you can't source a product that is pre-prepared for convenience sake your chef should have the expertise and knowledge to make the thing himself!

A European chef wouldn't balk at not finding frozen pastry, having to make it himself, a pain in the arse as it maybe!

Have you tried Illeli ? That is where I normally get them quite regularly.

Riaz;

I am likely to go Thursday afternoon to buy something I need; let me know the approximate cost of a packet and how many packs you require so that I can take enough Euros on me! If you still need them that is...

You can email me on turkishlessons1to1@yahoo.com

Brinsley does have a valid point here.

Riaz, we all expect you to now start growing your own chickens and lambs, and expect to see paddy fields of rice, and fields of coriander surrounding your restaurants.

And, if you need any new chairs and tables, these must now be home made too so you better get on a carpentry course as soon as possible.

Riaz

I will donate my pack of 8 so someone can enjoy. I will leave them on the counter after my pilates class tomorrow.

There are a lot of asian shops just across the border, easy to source all your spices etc... and all fresh
