Are any Blue Bay owners interested in joining an owners` club to help with any commual problems etc? I think we need to have a strong voice!

Hi Rob,

it might be good idea, i have heard from a tenant of mine that the pool had been left to go green , but is back on track now. I think we need to keep onto Lynx to keep their side of the agreement, but have a sneaky suspicion that there are still a few owners that have not paid Lynx yet!! are we being held to ransom? Lynx were going to name and shame non payers , but think they backed out of that . regards
